La boricua Mariangie Alicea lució el domingo, 20 de octubre de 2024, un vestido inspirado en los vejigantes en la competencia de National Costume del certamen Miss Grand International 2024, que se realiza en Tailandia.
El traje, de color negro y naranja, cuenta con un enorme vejigante en el pecho de Miss Grand Puerto Rico 2024.
La pieza fue confeccionada por Raymond Rodríguez y Nicole Rodríguez Rivera.
Algunas candidatas que se destacaron en la mencionada pasarela fueron las representantes de: Reino Unido, Myanmar, España, Vietnam, Brasil, Laos, Malasia y Australia, entre otras.
La preliminar del certamen se celebrará el martes, mientras la final se llevará a cabo el viernes, donde la peruana Luciana Fuster; Miss Grand International 2023, coronará a su sucesora.
